Public-private partnerships Project
Nodalis Conseil is assisting the Nile Equatorial Lakes Subsidiary Action Program (NELSAP) in prioritizing its pipeline for regional PPP-suitable projects. The project covers 10 riparian countries of the Nile River, a region in which considerable water resources are available and offer outstanding opportunities for economic development. The projects considered for PPP development include hydropower Generation projects and Water Resource Management projects.
Nodalis Conseil will apply its expertise of similar assignments to support NELSAP and its Member countries in the selection of up-to three PPP suitable projects to be further analysed. This high level financial, technical and legal analysis of the three priority PPP projects will also be conducted by Nodalis Conseil.
