Energy Project
Nodalis assists the Nigerien National Electricity Utility (Nigélec) and the ministry responsible for energy to elaborate a solar power plant connected to the grid within a PPP scheme.
The first step of the advisory services consists, through the analysis of the institutional and legal frameworks and the analysis of the grid absorption capacities of the energy produced by intermittent solar power plants, in the preparation of a list of priority sites which could be developed by independent power producers. For each of these projects, Nodalis will propose the best structuring and financing options.
Nodalis will draft for the selected project the tools and documents needed for the selection of a private partner: business plan, tender documents, concession agreement, power purchase agreement and connection agreement.
