The International Finance Corporation (IFC) selected Nodalis Conseil to assist the Government of Djibouti in the definition of a national strategy and institutional framework for PPPs. The assignment also includes fast-mover PPP projects identification, PPP pipeline development, initial project assistance support, and capacity building.
