Cities and local governments Project
Nodalis was recruited by AFD to assist three French local governments in the preparation of their grant applications to FICOL - a financing instrument supporting small investments and capacity building initiatives under the framework of decentralised cooperation projects.
Together with our partner CACG, we conducted project appraisal missions in Senegal and Madagascar to help French local governments confirm the feasibility and strengthen the sustainability of their respective projects. The assignment notably aimed at providing the AFD with reassurances, thus favouring the success of the grant application process
