For over a year, Nodalis has been supporting the teams of Tunisia's National Sanitation Office (ONAS) through a series of training sessions on the development of Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs), as part of a project funded by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

In early October, Antoine MAZAS was in Tunis to discuss Value for Money (VfM) and the budgetary sustainability of PPPs. The agenda included: a historical overview of the budgetary challenges specific to this type of contract, a presentation of qualitative and quantitative methods for calculating VfM, and a practical case study based on a financial model.

A big thank you to the participants for these insightful discussions!
