{"id":2373,"date":"2021-05-07T14:37:00","date_gmt":"2021-05-07T12:37:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nodalis.fr\/conseil-transaction-developpement-projets-solaires-eoliens-mozambique-proler\/"},"modified":"2022-02-18T10:50:38","modified_gmt":"2022-02-18T09:50:38","slug":"transaction-advisory-services-development-solar-wind-projects-mozambique-proler-program","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nodalis.fr\/en\/transaction-advisory-services-development-solar-wind-projects-mozambique-proler-program\/","title":{"rendered":"Transaction advisory services for the development of solar and wind projects in Mozambique (PROLER program)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under the PROLER program (<em>Promo\u00e7\u00e3o de Leil\u00f5es de Energias Renov\u00e1veis<\/em>), AFD and the European Union are supporting Mozambique in the preparation of competitive tenders for renewable energy projects with a total capacity of around 120 MWp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The consortium formed by Artelia, Nodalis and Greenlight has been providing technical assistance to EDM since September 2018 for the preparation and implementation of transactions for the development of solar and wind projects by Independent Power Producers (IPP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After designing the procurement framework and the legal and financial structuring of the program, Nodalis is acting as transaction advisor to EDM and &nbsp;ARENE (Energy Regulation Authority) for the selection of an IPP for a solar photovoltaic power plant (30MWac) located in Dondo, Sofala province.
