This amendment will provide for the extension of the SPEN\u2019s scope of activity to 19 new urban and semi-urban areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nodalis will analyse the implications of a change in the perimeter of the concession on the economic and financial stability of the sector, as well as on the contractual obligations binding the SPEN, the State and the <em>Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d'Exploitation des Eaux du Niger<\/em> (SEEN).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This project is a first step towards a broader extension of the SPEN\u2019s activities to 43 new centers, as envisaged by the National Program for Water Supply and Sanitation (PNAEPA).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Nodalis is working alongside the Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de Patrimoine des Eaux du Niger (SPEN) and the State of Niger for the negotiation of an amendment to their concession contract.
