It is the first PPP toolkit implemented in a French-speaking African country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The official launching of the website, available at <a href=\"http:\/\/ppp.gouv.sn\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>ppp.gouv.sn<\/strong><\/a>, took place on the 7<sup>th<\/sup> of April in Dakar.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The PPP toolkit details&nbsp;procedures&nbsp;for&nbsp;implementing PPPs in Senegal. It targets State services, local communities, national or international investors, and, more broadly, every person interested in PPPs in Senegal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This toolkit has been realized in the framework of a project co-funded by&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ppiaf.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>PPIAF<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ifc.org\/wps\/wcm\/connect\/corp_ext_content\/ifc_external_corporate_site\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>IFC<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The official lauching of the website\u00a0has furthermore been subject to a special report on the\u00a0RTS1 evening news of 7th April.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Journal T\u00e9l\u00e9vis\u00e9 20H de la RTS1 du jeudi 07 avril 2016\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/5x_WdjtjPp0?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Nodalis Conseil has designed a PPP toolkit for the acting PPP unit in the form of a website.
